This document certifies that Mega Source Trading Inc. (Lessee) has secured and paid for the allocated tank storage facility under the authority of ACCG Logistic LLC (Lessor).
Under this allocation, the Lessee is authorized to utilize the designated storage facility for operational handling and Tank-to-Vessel (TTV) injection of Two Hundred Thousand (200,000) Metric Tons of EN590 Diesel Fuel (10 PPM Sulfur).
The product shall be transferred into the Lessee’s nominated vessel at the Houston Port Terminal within the contracted three (3) day operational injection window.
